Support

 

We provide a flexible support programme to suit each individual company.


For some, we provide an “outsourced IT department”, remotely administering their networks on a day to day basis. For others we act as 2nd line support – it depends on the needs and in-house resources of the clients.

 

 

A support contract gives you unlimited telephone support time. We will do our utmost to sort out any problem you may have, from something seemingly trivial, to system down! Our response is fast and friendly, and we won’t baffle you with technical jargon.

 

 

To your server and network – we can set up a secure VPN to your server, making it possible to solve many problems on your network remotely. This is included in your support contract, so you can save a substantial amount of money on call-out charges. We can also assist in the administration of your network, such as adding new users for example.

 

To your PC – we have a remote support system that you can access from anywhere, as long as you have a working internet connection. This is a quick and safe way for us to “take over” your desktop, saving you time.

 

Some problems have to be sorted out on site. With a support contract we will give you top priority on call outs.
