We have made the search options in Purple Square as flexible as possible, leaving it to you to make the choice how you use it. Once you have identified the candidates you want to contact regarding a vacancy, you can create a shortlist, where you can document all actions throughout the recruitment process. |
You can search for: candidates to fill a vacancy or with a certain skill set, vacancies to suit candidates, and clients to suit candidates or for marketing purposes. The search criteria is comprehensive, but very easy to use.
The searches can be saved, either for use at a later date or for use in mail mergers. You can also search for key words on linked CVs. |
The Shortlist functions allows you to track the Recruitment Process.
From a candidate search, you can add the candidates you are interested in to a hortlist. In the shortlist record, you note when a candidate has been contacted, CV sent, interviews set up, successful or unsuccessful. You, and your colleagues, will always know the position of each vacancy. |
