How the data is organised
All records are initially accessed through a list, which we call the look-up grid. To open a record, simply double click it.
 
The grid allows you to sort the records under any heading-name: place, type, job title, etc.

Lookup

The Look-Up Grid also (and this is the really good bit) makes it possible to group the listing. This example shows all candidates grouped by Job Title and Region.

It is a great feature for management, marketing and general organisation.
