- All users have a voicemail facility, and everyone can use it at the same time.
- You can store any number of different greetings - for example, you can have greetings specifically for certain incoming numbers, or a different greeting for internal calls to external calls.
- Voicemails are delivered as e-mails, making them easy to retrieve, store, and pass on to others.
- If you need to, you can also access your voicemails without email.

Whether you need to bring in a colleague on a particular conversation, or arrange for a conference involving internal and external contacts, using it is easy. Conferences can be secured, only letting users with PIN numbers in, and they can be recorded. |

There are options for recording individual calls ad-hoc, or set the system to record all calls, or calls to or from certain numbers.

The Call Routing function can be as simple or as complicated as you require. In its simplest form, you can, for example, set your extension to ring for 15 seconds, and if not answered, divert to voicemail. Or a colleague. Or your mobile. Or home. Or all of those, in any sequence. |
