Telephone Numbers

As VOIP access the telephone network over the internet, telephone numbers need to be moved from BT (or anyother supplier). Moving or "porting" a number takes up to 30 days.

Ordering the SIP trunks with new numbers takes 5-7 working days.

Installation

A standard installation of the system usually takes one day.
